“Marriage for all” in Switzerland gives married women access to sperm donation (art. 255a Civil Code). What does “marriage for all” change for same-sex couples who want to have children? How is this so-called presumption of parenthood of the wife structured? When does it apply and when does it not? What is the procedure with the authorities and what should same-sex couples consider when they wish to have children?
